The 2nd of two action learning events on the topic in 2021, members were again split into smaller breakout rooms to explore many topics including physical office challenges; management of staff expectations, industrial relations issues, HR issues, communicating with teams and how to support teams. As a result of the continued interest in this subject, it was agreed to establish a number of self-sufficient peer support groups to discuss the topic. All of these groups had met by the end of 2021.
