The Great Places to Work model in action, in partnership with the Chief Executives Forum Northern Ireland

This was among our most important events in 2021 as it was a joint event with our Norther Ireland colleagues who are part of the Chief Executives Forum (CEF).

The event heard presentations and a discussion on how to create a great workplace culture from ACESA member Paul Kelly of Fáilte Ireland and Jim Flynn from Great Place to Work® Ireland . In his presentation, Paul shared his journey and his ‘10 leadership tasks’ for success. Jim explained how his organisation can help ACESA and CEF members to make their workplaces great places to work.
